<image:title>BLOG - Best Bread Machines - The Breville Bread Maker can bake 2.5-lb loaves, which is perfect for big families or families that eat a lot of bread (like mine). It offers a wide range of programs, though it doesn’t include a cake option like the Zojirushi. It has a single blade for mixing and kneading, compared to the Zojirushi’s two blades. However, it does have an automatic fruit and nut dispenser, which is a nice bonus.</image:title>

<image:title>BLOG - Best Bread Machines - KitchenAid does a lot of things but I think its mixers are what they are the most famous for. This 8-quart will handle and contain anything for my big family. I may need to fill up most of those 8-quart to make some big bread dough, but I’m not sure I’ll fill it up for homemade whip cream…tempting though…</image:title>

<image:title>BLOG - Best Bread Machines - Here's a polished version of your standout for the Zojirushi bread machine: The Zojirushi Virtuoso Plus is an upgrade from the Zojirushi Home Bakery Supreme Breadmaker I currently own. It offers more programs, like “European,” “Gluten-Free,” “Salt-Free,” “Vegan,” and even a “Sourdough Starter” option (which I’m excited to try). Plus, it still makes jams and cakes. Zojirushi bread makers are highly regarded and a reliable investment.</image:title>

<image:title>BLOG - From phone to Ethernet - The MikroTik CSS610-8G-2S+in (terrible name) is an incredible switch. As a longtime Netgear fan, I wasn’t familiar with MikroTik until a colleague recommended it, so I decided to give it a shot. Turns out, this Latvian company knows their stuff, offering high-quality network gear at surprisingly affordable prices. This switch boasts 2 SFP+ ports (each supporting 10Gbps) and 8 Ethernet ports at 1Gbps each—plenty of speed for most home setups.</image:title>

<image:title>BLOG - From phone to Ethernet - There are two main ways to terminate Ethernet cables, but Keystone Jacks are usually the go-to choice. You can find plenty of options on Amazon or at Home Depot, but this set stands out because it includes a punch down tool that doubles as a cable stripper. Sure, there are fancier tools out there—some even trim the wires automatically after punching them down—but for most home projects, this kit does the job just fine.</image:title>

<image:title>BLOG - From phone to Ethernet - The MikroTik S+RJ10 (another terrible name) is an SFP+ module designed to plug into the SFP+ port of the MikroTik switch I mentioned earlier, allowing you to connect an Ethernet cable to your ISP’s modem or router. With a Cat6 or Cat6a cable, you can unlock the full 10Gbps potential of that SFP+ port—assuming your modem/router supports 10Gbps and you’re lucky enough to have 10Gbps fiber!</image:title>

<image:title>BLOG - Best wine coolers & wines - The VinoView M 90 Wine Cellar is an interesting one. The storage (and therefore display) of the bottles is original. I believe the site says it’s “patented label-forward VinoView shelves”…of course. I think the Wi-Fi feature is a bit ridiculous. The compressor seems to be more “advanced”, which could be good, or it could just mean more trouble down the road. Not a big fan of the way the bottles stored at the bottom. But it can store up to 90 bottles, which is really nice.</image:title>

It’s dual-zone, which I’m not too concerned about, but who knows—maybe I’ll start a white wine collection! The shelves seem to be the black wire kind, which gives it a different look. I gotta make sure I know exactly where to put it, cause I’m not moving that thing around. The door swing is reversible, and it comes with one display rack (the top shelf in the picture), which I really like. There’s also a 100-bottle version, but for just $200 more, you can get this 164-bottle model and store 64% more wine.</image:title>

<image:title>BLOG - Best wine coolers & wines - The Allavino FlexCount 2 is here only because I actually have the perfect space for it. It’s pretty much 2 small fridges next to each other. Allavino is know for making premium wine fridges at, well, premium prices. Since it can be used as built into cabinetry, I’m considering it for the space I have in mind, and adding fillers on the sides and top to make it look built-in. They provide different variations, from 2 to 4 zones, and even in silver.</image:title>

<image:title>BLOG - Best wine coolers & wines - The Lanbo 24-Inch Dual Zone Wine Cooler can store up to 141 bottles, which is a nice feature. It’s a dual-zone fridge, which I don’t really need, but it’s the only model that caught my attention. I’m not a big fan of the metal look (I prefer black), but that’s just me. If I’m not mistaken, Lanbo is relatively new to the market, but their goal is to "build great brands that dominate niche markets"—sounds interesting.</image:title>

<image:title>BLOG - Best wine coolers & wines - The Wine Enthusiast Classic 80 Wine Cellar offers room for up to 80 bottles. It provides a blue LED light, which doesn’t emit UV—always a good thing. It has sliding shelves, supposedly made of black wire, and I really like the wood trims on those. I also like the presentation of the bottle at the very bottom. Most fridges won’t really show it but that last “shelf” is usually shorter because the compressor is right behind it. Here it seems they opted to make those bottom bottles standup at an angle (I’m guessing). Those would be my “most precious” ones, so this is a nice plus.</image:title>
